Cancellation Fees: We do not charge any cancellation fees for appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time except for transaction fees made online. For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee of £25 will be applied. This fee is necessary to cover scheduling and administrative costs. 3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide any prior notice of cancellation or rescheduling, a no-show fee of £70 will be charged to cover the technician's time and expenses. 4. Weather-Related Cancellations: In cases of adverse weather conditions that make chimney sweeping unsafe or impractical, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment at no additional cost to you. We prioritize the safety of our technicians and customers in such situations. 5. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies can arise, and we will make exceptions for cancellations due to unforeseen emergencies without applying cancellation fees. Please inform us as soon as possible in such cases. 6. Refund Policy: If you have prepaid for our chimney sweep services and are eligible for a refund due to a cancellation, we will process the refund within 7 days from the date of cancellation. 7. Rebooking Policy: We encourage customers who need to cancel or reschedule their appointments to promptly rebook at a more convenient time.
